Congratulations on your son or daughter's selection to a service academy or prep school! The Service Academy Parents Club of Las Vegas warmly welcomes you to our "family" of parents and would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to you.

Our primary mission is to provide support to all appointees from Southern Nevada who will be attending our nation's service academies and affiliated prep schools, as well as their parents and families. We strive to create a strong network of support and camaraderie among parents who share the unique experience of having children in these institutions.

Throughout the year, we organize various activities and initiatives to support our cadets, midshipmen, and prep candidates. One of our highlights is the congratulatory send-off dinner held at the beginning of each summer, where new appointees and their guests are celebrated. Additionally, we gather as a group three times annually to assemble and send "boodle boxes" filled with snacks and treats to our students. These meetings, along with our annual Mom’s Brunch event, serve as valuable forums for parents to connect, exchange information, share experiences, and seek guidance.

Moreover, the Club acknowledges each student on their birthdays by sending them a special birthday card every year. As they embark on their next chapter after graduation, we also provide each graduate with a unique graduation gift from the Club to commemorate their achievements.

With our collective support, encouragement, and love, we can make life just a little easier for our children as they face the considerable challenges of this amazing journey.
